These conditions apply to all vacation accommodations at Resort Mooi Bemelen, when you are camping and/or when you have reserved a vacation home.

Exceptions to these conditions are only possible when both parties have agreed in writing.

Reservation

• Resort Mooi Bemelen only accepts reservations from persons 18 years and older. Reservations from persons under 18 years of age will be refused.
• Reservations will be confirmed by email. If requested, it will be sent by mail.
• We ask that you check the reservation immediately and report inaccuracies.
• Resort Mooi Bemelen makes its vacation homes available to guests for recreational purposes, not for permanent residence.
• We work with Booking.com, Belvilla, Interhome, Bungalows.nl, BungalowSpecials, Traveldeal, Delightful Cottages, Voordeeluitjes, Camping & CO, BungalowNet, HomeToGo and Holidu.

Use
The recreation unit shall be used exclusively as such. It is not permitted to conduct a profession or business from the recreation unit, make it subservient to a profession or business, or sell food and beverages from the recreation unit. Nor is it permitted to conduct hazard games and the like on or in the recreation unit and/or to perform or have performed immoral acts as a commercial activity and/or of a public nature.

Pricing

• The tenant owes Resort Mooi Bemelen the agreed rental price as stated on the final reservation confirmation.
• Rents do not include mandatory and optional charges.
• Discounts do not apply to existing or previously made reservations.
• Discounts cannot be stacked.

Payment

• There is a payment link in the confirmation email of your reservation for easy payment.
• You can pay for your reservation in two installments. The first payment of 50% of the total amount must be received within 5 days of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 14 days before the effective date of the reservation.
• Changes to your reservation will still be subject to the initial payment terms.
• The reservation must be paid in full on the day of arrival.
• If the reservation amount is less than €150, we require the full payment to be made in one transaction.
• If payment is not made within the agreed-upon terms, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and charge you for the costs incurred.

Cancellation

If the vacation is canceled, the vacationer will need to pay the entrepreneur a fee. It amounts to (excluding administration fees):

• For cancellation more than three months before the start date, 15% of the agreed price;
• For cancellation within three to two months before the start date, 50% of the agreed price;
• For cancellation within two to one months before the start date, 75% of the agreed price;
• For cancellation within one month before the start date, 90% of the agreed price;
• For cancellation on the day of the start date, 100% of the agreed price

** No refunds will be provided for cancellations paid with a voucher.**

If you have booked through one of the aforementioned external parties, you must report to these external parties for changes or cancellations.

Registration

• For security reasons, all persons staying in the vacation rental must be registered at the reception desk.
• Rentals to third parties are not permitted unless you have requested written permission.
• It's not allowed to exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation rental.

Damage

• A standard deposit of €500 is charged for companies and primary tenants aged 25 or under.
• The main tenant is liable for breakage, damage, and loss of inventory.
• Resort Mooi Bemelen does not charge a deposit on the reservation for main tenants over 25 years old; on arrival, you will sign a SEPA direct debit form (max. € 500,-). This form is used only when damage is found upon departure.
• If damage is found, we will first notify you in writing.
• If the damage exceeds €500, you will be invoiced for the excess amount.

Noise pollution

Silence must be observed on the premises from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Noise pollution is also undesirable during the rest of the day.

Sound systems should only be audible within the confines of your rented property.

In the event of noise complaints from other guests, we reserve the right to issue a written or verbal warning and retain a €50 fee

from the deposit you paid or deny access to the premises.

Pet and smoke-free

• All homes at Resort Mooi Bemelen are designated as non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
• Pets are allowed in some accommodations, with a maximum of two pets per accommodation. Pets must be registered in advance.
• If you smoke in the house or bring a pet without registering it, we may deduct €50 from your deposit or charge you for the costs incurred using SEPA direct debit.

Cleaning

• When renting a property at the resort, a mandatory cleaning fee will be charged.
• Before leaving, please ensure that the house is well-swept and tidy. Wash the dishes and leave them in an orderly manner. Place the bedding (excluding mattress protectors) in the hallway of the vacation rental. Lock the house when leaving and dispose of your garbage (glass, paper, and residual waste) in the environmental waste receptacles.
• If you have not left the property in satisfactory condition, we may withhold an amount from your deposit or charge you for the costs incurred via SEPA direct debit. One extra hour of cleaning equals the cleaning fee you paid.
